FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Is Scripture Apparel’s Online store secure?
A. We use up to date technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to the payment processor. Since we never actually see your credit card information, we do not keep it on file. We respect your privacy, therefore, we do not share information with any other entity. We only collect information that is needed to process your order.

Q. There was a problem with my order. How do I proceed?
A. Please email sales@myscriptureapparel.com with an explanation of the situation. Unfortunately from time to time these issues arise, and we will do our absolute best to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Q. How do I return an item?

A. Returns are gladly accepted within 15 days of shipping date (less shipping & handling) and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Of course the items must be unwashed and in resalable condition. You must email us for return authorization before making any returns. If there is something wrong with your merchandise (manufacture defect) we will replace it for you. Contact us at sales@myscriptureapparel.com detailing the problem to receive a Return Authorization Number, then ship the item (postage paid )to the address we provide with the RA# written on the package. RA#s have expiration dates so please be mindful of the 15 day return policy. A replacement will be sent as quickly as possible. Please ship the item back via the Post Office using a bubble wrap envelope.

Q. Can I make changes to an already placed order?

A. Orders may be modified up to 30 minutes from the time that they were placed, after that time they will be in processing and will be unable to be changed. Please email us at: sales@myscriptureapparel.com

Q. Cancellation Policy:

A. Orders may be cancelled up to 60 minutes from the time that they were placed, after that time they will be in processing and will be unable to be cancelled. Please email us at sales@myscriptureapparel.com
